A traditional Swiss dish of grated potato that is rolled into a small flat cake and fried. Crisp, golden brown pancakes of freshly shredded potato, shredded spinach, onion and ground spices. Ideal for breakfast or an accompaniment for your burgers, sausages or chicken wings
Comes cooked and frozen packs of 5pcs, each piece is approx. 8cm in diameter and approx. 1 cm in height.
Cooking Instructions:
Cook from frozen.
Deep fry: 160°C for 1-2 minutes.
Oven bake: Grease baking tray, brush product with a little butter & bake at 180°C for
7 minutes. Turn product over & bake for a further 5-6 minutes.
