Q. Where are your products from?
A. We source from premium food suppliers in Australia, Thailand and Vietnam. We focus on natural and quality ingredients in all of our items, and these products are sold widely across hotels, sporting clubs and restaurants in Hong Kong.
Q. How should I store the products?
A. Most of our items are frozen, and should be stored in the freezer. For easy preparation, these items may also be defrosted 1 day before in the refrigerator. Never re-freeze defrosted items.
Q. I've placed my order, when will it arrive?
A. Orders placed before 4pm (HK time) will usually be delivered the next business day according to the following schedule:
Hong Kong Island: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Kowloon, Lantau Island and New Territories: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
(No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays)
Delivery time is usually within 9:30am - 6:30pm on the above days.
Returns and Refunds:
Q. I would like to return my item/s.
A. Please choose your order carefully. Unfortunately due to food safety requirements we are not able to accept returns on perishable items after they have been delivered.
Q. My item did not arrive in good condition / was damaged in transit.
A. Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com sending us the details and photographs of the issue. We will be in touch after conducting a full review of the incident.
