Storage: This item comes raw and frozen in a pouch plastic bag. It can also be stored or defrosted in the refrigerator for up to 7 days before consumption. Never re-freeze defrosted items.
5 Easy Steps for Preparation & Cooking:
1. Defrost overnight in fridge, or by placing the pouch bag in cold water for one to two hours.
2. Remove from bag
3. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, cumin and a little olive oil (or your favorite sauce/spice mix) Rub seasoning mixture over all sides of the chicken.
4. Grill it: Preheat grill to medium. Grill* for 20-30 mins or until internal temperature reaches 78C, turning every 6-7 mins.
5. Or Roast it: Preheat oven to 200C. Place Chicken in a baking dish, uncovered, and roast* for 40 mins or until internal temperature reaches 78C.
6. Plate and serve!
